Availability

We do our best to post availability of product so you will know if the item(s) you want to purchase will be ready to ship out the next business day (see contact and shipping information below). Should the information be inaccurate and if we are out of stock at the time that you place your order; we will notify you by email and/or telephone. At that time, you can decide if you would like to wait for the back ordered item and we can ship it as soon as it becomes available. Your credit card will not be charged until the product is ready to ship. Please note that prices on Absolute Dessert.com are subject to changes without notice.

We encourage you to contact our technical support (info@AbslouteDessert.com) if you have ANY questions about our products PRIOR to ordering. This way, we can be sure you will purchase the right product for your application.

Claims

Our shipping team is awesome. We make sure every single item is packaged with the greatest care and follows the guidelines and standards set by UPS (view guidelines). If for any unusual circumstance, you receive any item(s) damaged; be sure to sign for it DAMAGED or refuse it. You must contact us (877.777.7300) within 24 hours of receipt (or refusal) so that we can begin the claims process.

Returns

In the unfortunate even that you ordered the wrong product or if you change your mind, you have 30 days from the date of invoice to return any unopened product to us. It must be in its original package and shipped in the same (or equal) shipping materials.

You must contact customer services (annmarie@absolutedessert.com) to notify us so that we can ensure that the transaction is handled as accurate as possible so that we receive the product in perfect condition. If you do not contact us first, we cannot guarantee that your money will be refunded. Once we have been notified, received the item unopened and in perfect condition, we will gladly credit your account. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable.
